🎯 Direct 💙 Warm 🥇 Empowering 🤝 CollaborativeWhy Yonah Fenton, LMFT chose to be in the helping profession
I chose to become a therapist driven by my unwavering belief in our innate ability to conquer obstacles and evolve into our most fulfilled selves. From a young age, I've been compelled to support others in their journey towards self-improvement. Witnessing the prevalence of emotional, mental health, and relationship struggles in society deeply resonated with me and inspired my decision to pursue advanced education culminating in a Master's degree and licensure as a therapist. I aim to guide individuals on their path to healing and personal growth.

As a therapist, my role is to guide you in uncovering this intrinsic ability through compassionate understanding and clinical proficiency. Yonah Fenton, LMFT's experience working with the Jewish community
Drawing from my extensive experience, I've had the privilege of assisting numerous Jewish adolescents and adults grappling with a spectrum of challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational complexities. As a member of the frum Jewish community, and having served as a rabbi and educator, I possess a profound understanding of the intricacies inherent in these issues, both on an individual and familial level.
Recognizing that seeking therapy can evoke feelings of vulnerability and unfamiliarity, I strive to create a safe and accepting space where you can feel assured that I empathize with your journey. I aim to meet you at your current stage and accompany you with sensitivity and understanding as we navigate your path toward growth and healing together.
