Enneagram Support Group's Purpose or Mission
Learning and living with the Enneagram invites a profound shift in how we see ourselves and others. It allows us to approach our own patterns with compassion instead of judgment, recognizing that our personality isn’t a flaw to fix but a set of tools we were given to navigate life. With this awareness, we begin to understand the ways we show up in the world — not to criticize, but to grow. The Enneagram becomes a mirror, gently reflecting both our strengths and our blind spots so we can live with more intention and balance.
As we deepen in this work, we also begin to see others through a softer, more understanding lens. When we realize that everyone is acting from their own unique personality patterns, often on autopilot, it becomes easier to let go of resentment and take things less personally. This creates space for real connection — the kind that comes from acceptance rather than expectation. The goal isn’t to change who we are, but to accept ourselves fully and open our hearts to the humanity we share with those around us.
Enneagram Support Group is designed for
This group is open to all women aged 18 and older who want to better understand themselves and the people they care about. Whether your goal is personal growth or gaining insight into a loved one’s personality, this group offers a supportive space to explore those dynamics. Many participants join with the hope of deepening their relationships and end up discovering a whole new level of self-awareness. Mothers in particular often find the experience transformative, as it helps them see their children’s unique wiring and personality structure with fresh eyes — and parent them in a way that feels more attuned and compassionate.
Participants frequently describe leaving with a renewed sense of clarity and appreciation for both themselves and others. Along the way, you’ll learn how to understand your spouse on a deeper level — recognizing their needs, preferences, and strengths — and gain practical tools for navigating workplace relationships and managing challenging family dynamics. Ultimately, this group helps you accept who you are, appreciate how you’re built, and take meaningful steps toward fulfilling your unique potential.
Participants who join Enneagram Support Group can expect
In this group, we explore the nine different personality types and uncover the unique needs, preferences, strengths, and challenges of each one. Our discussions are centered around how this knowledge applies to real life, with a special focus on self-awareness and family relationships. Together, we learn not just about the Enneagram, but about ourselves — how we think, feel, and relate — in ways that lead to real personal growth and deeper connections.
One of the best parts of this experience is the community itself. You’ll meet other growth-oriented women who are genuinely striving to live more meaningful, balanced lives. The atmosphere is warm, open, and accepting, where participants are encouraged to share personal experiences at their own comfort level. Conversations often spark powerful insights, practical ideas, and new perspectives that leave everyone feeling inspired and empowered to bring positive change into their everyday lives.
Jewish Community Experience
I grew up in Brooklyn and have had the privilege of working within the Jewish community throughout my entire career. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats — from coaching and running support groups to providing case management and guidance to families and educators. My work has always centered around helping people better understand themselves and those around them, particularly when it comes to navigating challenging dynamics.
I’ve spent much of my time supporting parents and teachers in recognizing the unique personalities of their children and students, and learning how to respond to them effectively and compassionately. It’s deeply rewarding to witness the shift that happens when understanding replaces frustration — when a parent or teacher begins to see a child’s behavior as communication rather than defiance. This is the heart of my work: helping people connect more meaningfully, with empathy and awareness.

What our clients have to say about working with us:
-
"This material is so valuable, I wish I would've known it years ago. In just one or two sessions I gained such a deep understanding of my adult daughter's personality and can connect much better to her. I'm paying you double for the sessions....that's how valuable it is to me."

"Knowing the Enneagram should be mandatory for all parents, teachers, and every growing person. It's critical for self-awareness and relationships-especially close ones like kids, students and spouses. Thank you , Dana, for spreading this!!

Dana has an excellent work ethic and is a great team player. I hold her in high regard for her background knowledge as well as practical application. She is extremely attuned, sensitive, and spot -on with the students' emotional needs. She has accurately determined their personality wiring and expertly guides the teachers and parents in methods of how to understand and effect change in their children.
