I've always had a love for people, and I find it incredibly nourishing to listen to them share their vulnerabilities. But it was my strong desire for meaning and purpose that led me to pursue a career in the helping profession, specifically as a parenting coach.
As a coach, I've developed a particular affinity for advocating for children and supporting parents, recognizing the vital importance of both in shaping healthy and happy families. I have a soft spot in my heart for children's needs, and I love lending a voice to them because they are largely voiceless. But my compassion extends beyond just children, as I have a deep empathy for all human needs, including those of parents.
By listening deeply to parents' feelings and needs, I offer a safe and supportive space where they can learn and grow, ultimately becoming more effective and fulfilled in their roles. I believe that by supporting parents in this way, I am also advocating for their children and creating a brighter future for families in the Jewish community.
Blimie Heller's approach
My approach to coaching is based on deep listening and respect for my clients. I believe that every family is unique, and therefore I avoid imposing my own agenda for parenting onto my clients. Instead, I help parents tune into their own wisdom and trust their instincts, empowering them to become the best possible parents they can be.
I deeply respect parents and their agency, and my goal is to help them trust themselves. By fostering a trusting and supportive relationship with my clients, I create a safe space for growth and discovery, where parents can unlock their own potential and thrive. Ultimately, my approach is about supporting parents in becoming confident and effective in their parenting, while also respecting their individual values and goals for their families.
