Why Michele Goldfine chose to be in the helping profession

I have always been drawn to the helping profession, but it wasn't until I discovered my passion for supporting individuals in their relationship with food that I knew I had found my calling. For many people, food can be a source of stress, anxiety, and shame. As someone who believes in the power of food to nourish the body and soul, I am dedicated to helping people create a positive and peaceful relationship with what they eat.

Through my work, I have seen firsthand the profound impact that a healthy relationship with food can have on someone's life. By working with clients to break free from restrictive diets, negative self-talk, and harmful beliefs about their bodies, I have witnessed incredible transformations. People who once felt trapped by their relationship with food are now free to enjoy all aspects of their lives, without the burden of constant worry and obsession.
