Jessica Feldman's style
š Warm š„ Empowering š„ Energetic š£ Out of the boxWhy Jessica Feldman chose to be in the helping profession
People have always come to me for advice or simply for a listening ear, and I have always felt a strong desire to share my perspective and my reasons with others. During Covid-19, after being furloughed from the tourism field, I began to reflect on how I could use my strengths in a more meaningful and practical way. I realized that many others were facing the same uncertainty and questions about direction. That led me to host outdoor meetups where we could talk openly about these experiences and challenges, and it was in those conversations that someone first suggested I consider becoming a coach.
I began with career coaching because it felt like a natural extension of the guidance I was already offering, but I soon found myself drawn more toward relationships. I noticed how closely the two areas overlap, since both involve confidence, choices, rejection, and discovering what truly fits each individual. Over time, it became clear to me that the ability to build and maintain healthy relationships is often at the heart of personal and professional success. That understanding shaped the direction of my work and continues to guide the way I support the people I meet.
Jessica Feldman's approach
Sessions with me are warm, energetic, and practical. I work from a holistic outlook, which means I focus on understanding each personās context, patterns, and life experience rather than looking at one small piece in isolation. I donāt believe in labeling people or putting them into boxes, because real growth happens when someone is seen as a whole and unique individual. I often take an out of the box approach and help clients look at situations from angles they may not have considered before.
My sessions are conversations, not lectures, and we work together to discover what truly makes sense for each personās life and goals. I believe clients already carry many of the answers within themselves, and my role is to help bring those insights to the surface. My goal is for clients to leave feeling more confident, less overwhelmed, and more trusting of their own instincts. I want people to feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward in a way that feels authentic to who they are.
What you can expect from sessions with Jessica Feldman
Sessions with me are supportive, honest, and often interactive. You can expect a space where you are able to talk openly, think out loud, and even laugh at the absurd parts of life that we all experience. We spend time exploring what is going on beneath the surface, while also keeping a strong focus on real life decisions and practical next steps. I ask questions that help you notice patterns and possibilities, and I gently challenge you when it feels helpful and appropriate.
I truly believe in taking on one small task as homework so you can see and feel your own progression between sessions. Change does not need to be overwhelming to be meaningful, and even little steps can create real momentum. Most people leave our conversations feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded in themselves. My hope is that you walk away with a deeper sense of direction and a stronger connection to your own voice and choices.
Jessica Feldman's experience working with the Jewish community
Iāve had the privilege of working with individuals and couples across the Jewish community, each with their own unique backgrounds, values, and life stages. Many of my clients are navigating dating, relationships, marriage, family expectations, and community dynamics, all of which can feel emotionally layered and at times overwhelming. I understand the cultural context and the sensitivities involved, especially around dating and shidduchim, and I bring that awareness to every conversation.
My approach is respectful, non-judgmental, and grounded in genuine understanding. I work to help clients make choices that feel authentic and aligned with their own lives and values, rather than simply following what others expect. The goal is to create clarity, confidence, and a sense of agency, so that each person can move forward with more ease and self-trust. I strive to make every session a space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to take steps that truly resonate with them.
