Choosing the path of a coach and doula began with a desire to help people find deep personal clarity during some of life’s most transformative moments. I believe in honoring the unique beauty of each child, each parent, and each individual journey. Birth and motherhood can be deeply meaningful, but they can also make it easy to lose ourselves in the wilderness of daily life. I wanted to become a steady source of guidance and support for people as they navigate these experiences.

Through my own journey, I have learned how important it is to intentionally step back and refill our own cups. We cannot sustainably pour into the people we love when we are constantly running on empty. This understanding shaped my calling to help others reconnect with themselves, recognize their strength, and move forward with greater clarity. It is meaningful to support clients as they reclaim their personal power and learn to honor both their own needs and the needs of those they care for.

As a Transformation Life Coach and Professional Birth Doula, my approach centers on helping clients awaken their inner “huntress.” To me, the huntress represents the strength, courage, and wisdom that already exist within each person. I help clients reconnect with those qualities so they can reclaim their personal power during challenging or uncertain times. Together, we create space for honest reflection, deep clarity, and meaningful transformation.

My work is grounded in the belief that we must refill our own cups to sustainably serve others. I guide clients away from losing themselves in life’s wilderness and toward honoring their unique stories with strength and resilience. Rather than telling clients who they should become, I help them recognize what is already within them. My goal is for each person to feel more grounded, confident, and prepared to move through life with intention.

For expecting and new parents, our work may focus on helping you feel prepared, supported, and confident throughout pregnancy, birth, and the transition into life with your baby. We can explore your hopes, concerns, and needs so that you can approach your next birth experience with greater strength and peace. I will also encourage you to refill your own cup so that you can be present for yourself and your family without becoming depleted. My goal is for you to leave our sessions with renewed confidence, deeper clarity, and the ability to more fully embrace the moments in front of you.

My work within the Jewish community is rooted in raising awareness and being a steady, reliable presence for individuals and families. I understand how meaningful it can be to receive support from someone who respects the values, relationships, and responsibilities that shape your life. As a doula and coach, I strive to help people feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their personal and family journeys. I want clients to know that they do not have to navigate difficult or transformative moments alone.
