Tangled: For Women in Complex Marriages's Purpose or Mission
At Core Relationships, therapy is about uncovering the emotional patterns that keep drawing you back into the same reactions, the same disconnection, and the same sense of isolation. These are the patterns that leave you feeling unseen, overwhelmed, or trapped in roles that don’t truly reflect who you are. Whether these dynamics show up in your marriage, your parenting, or your sense of safety in your own life, our work is about understanding what has been driving them from the very beginning and helping you shift them in meaningful ways.
Our team is trained in emotionally focused, trauma-informed therapy that helps you change how you show up in relationships—how you protect, retreat, react, or disconnect—because this is where real healing begins. This work is not about surface-level fixes. It is about disrupting the patterns that keep you stuck, giving you the tools to connect more deeply with yourself and those around you. This is therapy that challenges the system. This is Core Relationships.
Tangled: For Women in Complex Marriages is designed for
This group is for anyone who feels unseen or unheard, no matter how much effort they put in. It is for those who are tired of carrying the emotional load in their marriage and wish for a sense of balance and mutual understanding. It is for people who have lost pieces of themselves while trying to keep the peace, and who are ready to reclaim their sense of identity and personal power.
It is also for those who want to understand why the same patterns keep repeating and learn how to break free from them. This group is for anyone ready to feel grounded, confident, and more fully themselves again. If you are seeking a space where you can explore these dynamics, gain clarity, and begin to shift how you show up in your relationships, this group is for you.
Participants who join Tangled: For Women in Complex Marriages can expect
Process groups focused on relational healing provide a grounded and supportive space where you can slow down, explore your inner world, and begin to make sense of long-standing patterns. The pace is steady and contained, with therapists offering clear guidance so that you always feel oriented and supported. Nothing you share is ever “too much,” and every emotion is seen as meaningful and worthy of attention.
As group members show up consistently, the relationships in the room become a safe place to practice new ways of relating and to experience connection that feels steady, affirming, and real. Over time, this creates a healing environment that fosters growth, helping you move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional ease. Participants leave not only with insight but also with practical ways to engage in their relationships more authentically and intentionally.
