✨ The Ketuba Within is returning for Elul!
🍃 A five-week therapeutic immersion into the kabbalistic architecture of the soul.
🧭 With Sefiros as our map and IFS as our lens, we'll explore the parts of us that protect, hide, push, please, avoid, and endure, and how they shape our inner world and relationships.
🎨 Through journaling, creative expression, and guided meditation, we'll begin listening to the promises the heart has been living by and rewriting the ones ready to change.
