3 things I have learned since becoming a father.

1/5/2024 will be a day I never forget.

I have survived on Yoga, Cold water exposure, and a coffee a day.

Finally on 2/7, I got my first real gym session in.

It's good to be back.

Here are 3 things I have learned about prioritizing my health since becoming a father.

- I must accept that my time isn't completely mine and work within that.

- Aiming for Consistency will always out-last needing Perfection.

- The work I have put into my mindset within health and fitness has done me well.

Major life events can boost your commitment to your health and do not have to throw you down a massive downward spiral.
