How Events Work

Listing your event on OKclarity is quick and free (for now)!

  1. Submit your event
    When you create your event, include at least one way for people to register or join — such as a registration page link, Zoom or livestream link, or your email address.
  2. Approval process
    After you submit your event, our team will review it before it goes live. If approved, it will appear publicly on the site. If not, we’ll let you know why and how to adjust it.
  3. When someone clicks “Get Access”
    • The person will fill out a short form with their name, email, and phone number.
    • Right after submitting the form, they’ll see your event details.
      • If you added a registration or meeting link, that link will appear automatically.
      • If you didn’t, your email address will be shown so they can contact you directly.
    • You’ll receive their contact information immediately so you can follow up or confirm their registration.

Event Description:

Does your child struggle with friendships, social cues, conversations, or navigating tricky social situations? Riding the Wave Center is excited to offer two interactive, age-based series designed to help children and adolescents better understand the social world, build confidence, and develop practical communication skills.

Led by Melanie Rosenthal, MS, CCC-SLP, participants will explore real-life social challenges, from friendships and perspective-taking to self-advocacy, relationships, and independence.

Elementary: October 28 & November 4
Adolescents: November 11 & 18
7:30 to 8:30 pm
