It contains much of the content of From Seed To Flower, with many additional insights unique to women on their role as a wife. It elaborates on the concept of a woman cultivating her femininity, and making herself a healthy intimate partner. It also has many other added pieces not discussed in the men's work, helping answer many of the questions and concerns that women nowadays have regarding intimacy, particularly as it pertains to desire discrepancy.
