What Is "Flow"?
Flow is that blissful, hyper-focused state where you’re so immersed in what you’re doing that time seems to melt away. When you’re in flow, it almost feels like you and the task become one—your mind, your body, and your work are completely aligned.
Why is flow a game-changer? Because you can accomplish more in 3 hours of flow than 9 hours of distraction.
