Why Karen Carlucci chose to be in the helping profession
Jewish Therapist in New York, NY
As both a Licensed Psychotherapist and Coach, my passion is helping individuals tap into their resiliency and strengths when faced with unexpected life events or challenging transitions.
I provide psychotherapy and coaching to adults who are faced with sudden loss, family or relationship strain, work-related changes, legal matters or medical issues. I offer support and help develop strategies to achieve a comfortable sense of stability in order to move forward.
What I bring to my work goes beyond professional training and work experience. My own experiences impact how I approach what I do and understand the sensitive issues presented. My style of practice is collaborative, interactive and at times direct while listening with a trained psychoanalytic ear.
