Why Gila Ross chose to be in the helping profession
People have the incredible potential to do good and make a positive impact on the world. I have always been inspired by this potential and motivated to help individuals achieve it. My superpower is identifying and unlocking this potential in others, and supporting them as they make their dreams a reality.
Through my work, I have had the privilege of guiding countless individuals on their journeys towards fulfilling their potential. Witnessing the positive changes in their lives, the way they are able to maximize their impact, and the sense of calm and happiness they achieve is incredibly rewarding.
I am deeply passionate about making a positive difference in the world, and I believe that this starts with the way we live our lives and raise our children. As such, I am committed to helping parents bring out the best in their children and enjoy the parenting journey.
Gila Ross's approach
I believe that every individual has the potential to achieve greatness and make a positive impact in their life and the world around them. As a coach, my superpower is being able to see that potential in others and helping them to actualize it.
Over the years, I have invested a great deal of time and effort into developing my coaching toolbox. I draw on a range of different approaches and techniques, including Jewish wisdom, evidence-based psychological tools, and NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), to help my clients achieve their desired results.
My coaching approach is holistic, and I take into account all aspects of my client's lives, including their physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. I believe that success is not just about achieving specific goals, but also about cultivating a sense of purpose, fulfillment, and inner peace.
When working with clients, I create a supportive and non-judgmental space that allows them to explore their thoughts, feelings, and aspirations freely. Together, we work to identify their strengths, values, and passions, and develop a roadmap for achieving their goals. My aim is to empower my clients to become the best version of themselves and live a life that is both fulfilling and meaningful.

Gila Ross's experience working with the Jewish community
I have been fortunate to work with Jewish communities across the globe, including in Germany, Canada, and the UK. Over the years, I have held various communal roles, working with children, teenagers, and adults alike.
In particular, I spent 10 years working with high school students through NCSY (the National Conference of Synagogue Youth), where I had the privilege of mentoring and educating young people on a range of topics, from Jewish identity and values to leadership development and community service.
More recently, I have focused on family and adult education, creating signature courses that help individuals and families to live happier, more fulfilling lives. These courses include "From Frustrated to Fulfilled," "Positive Parenting," and "Teaching Kids Healthy Tech Habits." I have also written a book titled "Living Beautifully," which will be released soon.
In addition to my courses and book, I also host a popular podcast that shares short, uplifting ideas to help people upgrade their lives. This podcast was named the Top Jewish Podcast worldwide and has allowed me to connect with a global audience.
Overall, my experience working with the Jewish community has been incredibly rewarding. I am constantly inspired by the resilience, creativity, and dedication of Jewish individuals and families, and I feel privileged to be able to support and guide them on their journeys. Whether through coaching, lecturing, or other forms of engagement, I am committed to helping people live their best lives and make a positive impact in the world.
