Rooted to Rise

Rooted to Rise by Meira Gorlin, Health and Wellness Coach

There’s a strange kind of pressure in the air these days. Like we’re all supposed to have it figured out already. Be successful, perfectly balanced, joyful, thriving, holding our own, completely in stride. But real life doesn’t move at the speed of social media. Healing, growth, clarity, energy, all of it takes time. And the truth is, everything has its season.

You’re not failing because things are taking longer than you hoped. You’re becoming. And becoming doesn’t always look like progress. Sometimes it looks like rest. Sometimes it looks like uncertainty. Sometimes it looks like letting go of what you thought your path would be. And sometimes, it looks like standing still,  as the ground beneath you is quietly shifting in your favor.

Patience Isn’t Passive. It’s Powerful.

Patience isn’t about sitting back and waiting for life to happen. It’s about choosing to trust the process even when the results aren’t instant. It's saying:  I don’t have all the answers yet,  and that’s okay.I’m planting seeds today that will bloom when they’re ready.  Even if I can’t see the full picture, I can still take the next right step. That kind of trust? That’s brave. That’s resilience. That’s real growth.

What If You’re Exactly Where You’re Meant to Be?

Think about that for a second. What if the stage you are in now is exactly what’s preparing you for what’s next? Some of the most incredible transformations happen underground, hidden, quiet, and unfolding in due time. So, if you're in a season that feels hectic, slow, frustrating, or uncertain, I want you to know: You’re doing better than you think. It’s okay for healing to take its time. There is no rush to become the person you’re meant to be.
