As Rosh Hashanah draws near, we begin to reflect on the year behind us, and more importantly, we begin to dream about the year ahead.
It’s a season full of wishes
- I wish I were more present and grounded.
- I wish I could care for my body without guilt or extremes.
- I wish I could show up with more purpose and less anxiety.
- I wish I could better stick to the promises I make to myself
These aren’t casual thoughts. They’re spiritual signals, pointing us toward the kind of life we long to live.
But as Rabbi Ephraim Goldberg insightfully teaches:
“Wishing for a better life is not enough. You have to build it, and to build something meaningful, you need a blueprint.”
Without a blueprint, our wishes remain just that: floating, ephemeral ideas.
However, when we take those heartfelt longings and give them structure, strategy, and accountability, they are reprogrammed as resolutions.
Rosh Hashanah: A Blueprint for Change
The High Holidays aren’t just about making amends, they're about building a better version of ourselves, brick by intentional brick.
In that sense, Rosh Hashanah is more than a new calendar year. It's an invitation to revisit and refocus on who you truly want to be, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
And that process isn’t instant. It’s layered, non-linear, and deeply human.
Coaching: The Bridge Between Desires, Dreams, and Visions for Future States, and Actual Measurable Concrete Change In Your Day-to-Day
Coaching helps you uncover what you truly want, and from that clarity, you create a path forward that becomes your personal blueprint for change.
With a coach, transformation isn't just something you talk about; it's something you take action on. Step by step, with someone who sees your potential and helps you stay aligned, especially when the path gets tough.
As Rabbi Goldberg reminds us: don’t just dream it, build it.
If you're ready to stop hoping and start building, across multiple dimensions of your life, coaching can be the missing piece you've been looking for.
L’shana tova u’metuka, may you be blessed with a sweet, healthy, and purposeful New Year.
Let this be the year you return to your truest self, and build a life that reflects it.
