In this workshop, Leigh Ioffe will introduce the ‘first thoughts’ model of expressive writing - a practice that opens pathways to self-discovery and healing. Participants will be gently guided to engage with the difficult and often unspoken narratives within, using writing as a powerful tool for integration and inner transformation.
