As a naturally empathic person, I genuinely enjoy assisting others. My main passions in this field are supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, and marital issues. Additionally, I'm deeply committed to helping parents of children with autism. I have significant experience in crisis intervention and am currently researching what drives people to make changes in their lives, especially when it involves breaking away from the patterns they were raised with.

I have extensive experience working within the Jewish community, being actively involved in both Lakewood, NJ, and Brooklyn, NY. In addition, I serve as an adjunct professor and Academic Fieldwork Coordinator in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program within the Department of Behavioral Science at Touro College School of Health Sciences. My deep roots within this community enable me to better understand and address your specific needs and challenges.
