My journey into education and coaching for personal well-being and development felt like a natural choice to me, given my life experiences and inherent qualities. Being naturally observant, curious, empathetic, and intuitive has been a wonderful match for supporting and guiding others in their personal growth. I had the privilege of working with Jory as I was navigating a career transition. It is safe to say that there is no way I would have managed through the transition as effectively as I did without her and her exceptional coaching! Jory always asked extremely thoughtful questions, challenging me to think outside of the box regarding how I approached the transition. She was willing to role play various scenarios with me so I felt confident going into meetings with leadership and felt prepared for the variety of questions that inevitably ended up coming my way. While Jory is a fantastic coach, more importantly, she is one of the kindest and most genuine people I have ever met. She cares deeply about her clients, and even when she is challenging you, you know she is coming from a place of care and a desire to see you reach your full potential personally and professionally. I will be forever grateful for my time with Jory as I can truly say I am a better person because of her! I would highly recommend her as a coach, particularly if you are navigating a period of transition!

I first met Jory in late 2021. My goal was to work with a coach to help me evaluate and clarify my career goals. Throughout our sessions, she helped me not only understand my career goals, but where my career fell within my broader long term personal goals. Jory held space for me to go in different directions and then wove those conversations together in a way that helped me better understand my core values, and perceptions of myself that were helping & hindering my growth. Our coaching evolved and was so impactful that we worked together for 1 year. Jory truly helped me in a moment when I felt apprehensive about change and gave me tools that I still use today.

Jory has been a game changing part of both my professional and personal life. She is beyond kind and knowledgable, and I always find her coaching to be the approach I need in that moment. She takes the time to get to know her clients and their personal values - she truly cares about each of us. I not only realize moments of growth during our sessions, but have seen the long lasting approach her coaching has had on my life since. She has helped me build more resilience and self-empathy, and I find myself showing up as my best self more often because of the work we've done. I would highly recommend Jory for anyone who is interested in professional or personal coaching - there is truly no one better!
