Hi, This is my first post here. Does anyone know of any proven natural alternatives to anxiolytics or benzodiazipines?ChavyParticipant10 months ago
Hi and Welcome!
I don’t know, but I do know that there is a health food store called The Health Pantry. It’s located in Brooklyn – Coney Island Avenue (thought I’m not certain which ave.) They may be able to guide you. Would you like their number/address?ChanyParticipant9 months ago
Hey and welcome! I’m not certain personally but in a brief search i found this article to be informing. http://adhdboss.com/natural-alternatives-xanax/
Maybe you can discuss this with the psychiatrist prescribing the meds? also, have you tried meditation as a way of super naturally reducing anxiety?Wandering JewParticipant9 months ago

I use Composure from the company Aim and Relax to the max from the company Maxi Health. I found it really helpful. I was never on meds so I don’t know if it’s as strong as meds but definitly helps. And there are more vitamins out there that are even stronger than the ones I wrote above.
