My practice started with a focus on helping clients with insomnia issues and substance use recovery. Indeed, I have had the privilege of helping clients sleep more and use less, but I've also developed a specialty in working with Orthodox Jews. Jewish life comes with unique stressors, roles and customs, with opportunity for much love and acceptance of mental illness, as well pain and suffering. Whether finishing up Yeshiva, getting ready to start college and questioning everything you thought you knew; to feeling stuck in a loveless, resentful marriage; to losing the 50 year love of your life. Everybody needs a little extra help sometimes.

Sometimes I help clients with their insomnia and depression, sometimes it's rebuilding relationships and getting a voice, and sometimes it's reclaiming life after trauma.
