About

If you have found yourself struggling with depression, chronic anxiety and worry or difficulty forming and maintaining meaningful relationships, you know how disruptive and debilitating these experiences can feel. I'd like to help you improve your life. I offer an empathic, patient and thoughtful approach to therapy and will work collaboratively with you to help solve some of the most difficult problems that you face. I have extensive experience working with individuals challenged by trauma, sexual abuse and post traumatic stress. I also help people navigate difficult life changes, financial struggles and religious issues.

My work focuses on helping individuals to develop self-awareness, self-compassion and increased empathy. My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate and humanistic. I utilize a number of insight oriented, in-depth models of treatment to help you develop the skills and knowledge to cope with life's challenges.

Together, we will explore the areas of your life, past and present, that are most important to you. I would be happy to meet with you for an initial consultation in order to discuss how therapy can be helpful and made accessible to you.
