About

For 18 years, I’ve worked with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and/or addiction. In addition to individual therapy, I run an adolescent girls group, a support group for frum women struggling with infertility, provide parent guidance, and parent guidance seminars at Atlanta schools. I have worked extensively with the Jewish community, collaborating with rabbis and principals to help my clients. I wholeheartedly believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and believe my job is to create a safe, non-judgmental place where you receive support and guidance to access more of yourself.r

While I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important part of treatment. It needs to feel like a good fit to be helpful.

If you (or your teen) wish you felt more content and calm in your life, let’s set up an appointment to see if I am the right therapist for you. You can also check out my website, www.ashleymarxlcsw.com. Welcome to my practice!
