I was the sole dietitian at New York University's health center for almost five years before moving to full time private practice. I developed an expertise in Intuitive Eating and the prevention and treatment of eating disorders (including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and disordered eating habits). I also specialize in family nutrition. This includes dealing with picky eaters or helping plan meals for you and/or your family.
Using a non-diet approach, I can help you learn how to eat mindfully and intuitively. We will work together in a nonjudgmental environment to learn how to listen to your physical hunger and fullness. I will provide you with the necessary nutrition knowledge, support and motivation to nourish your body and develop a more healthful relationship with food.
I grew up in a Jewish community and have been working with people of all ages in various Jewish communities over the past 20 years.
You can learn more about my practice on my website, www.eatandbewell.com.
